This is to confirm that Mark Sheils Construction, has compeleted two projects for me and I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and the quality of work produced.
In 2008/09 a major extension to my dwelling was completed and in May 2012 I also had work done to merge two rooms and install a fireplace and stove in the older part of the house.
From start to finish on both of these projects I was extremely happy with the work and I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail with regard to finishes etc. and the tidying up on site when the jobs were completed.
I was also very impressed with the constant updates and consultation regarding decisions that needed to be made during the process.

The work was completed to a high standard, the pricing was competitive and they were very responsive to any concerns we raised. Throughout the build Mark Sheils minimised disruption to us and when they completed the job they ensured that the site was returned to its original condition.

We found Mark Sheils to be courteous, professional and accommodating. They explained clearly giving us options and worked with us helping reduce costs. We found the workmen to be highly competent experienced tradesmen, noting the block work and carpentry. We were happy to have the same crew of workmen throughout the build.
